Our growing client is looking to recruit a Quality Manager to lead a department which is central to driving internal improvement, ensuring compliance, and upholding service standards across the organisation. This role plays a key part in embedding a culture of quality and continuous improvement, overseeing the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, and ensuring alignment with best practices, regulations, and organisational goals.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS);
- Lead quality assurance and quality improvement programmes across departments;
- Work collaboratively with senior management to enhance quality through structured systems and consistent processes;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legislation, and internal standards;
- Monitor and evaluate operational activities for adherence to quality benchmarks;
- Investigate incidents, maintain a CAPA register, and recommend corrective actions;
- Oversee the review and updating of company policies and procedures;
- Produce and present quality reports for executive leadership;
- Maintain the company’s clinical risk register;
- Ensure client satisfaction is consistently measured and addressed;
- Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate formatting, versioning, and distribution of official documentation;
- Support the implementation of new projects and services to meet high-quality standards;
- Contribute to the promotion of a proactive quality-driven culture throughout the organisation;
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by executive leadership, aligned with skills and competencies
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and data review capabilities;
- Strategic, logical, and methodical thinking;
- Excellent communication and reporting skills;
- Organised and capable of managing priorities effectively;
- Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel;
- Collaborative, with the ability to work independently;
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven;
- Discreet and professional in handling confidential information;
- Aware of global current affairs and regional dynamics;
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar quality management role;
- Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership position;
- Experience international/remote contexts is preferred;
- Familiarity with quality standards in remote or field-based healthcare is an asset
