Our client is looking to recruit a Project Support Coordinator to join their projects department.

This role provides comprehensive back-office and coordination support to the Projects team, ensuring that all administrative, procurement, logistics, and installation-related processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Issuing, processing, and managing client orders within the ERP system, including the preparation of order confirmations and the maintenance of complete and accurate project documentation;

- Coordinating purchase orders with the Purchasing department and following up with suppliers on order acknowledgements, lead times, and delivery schedules, proactively addressing any discrepancies;

- Organising and coordinating deliveries and collections in collaboration with the Purchasing team, ensuring alignment with site readiness and installation timelines;

- Liaising with after-sales and installation teams to schedule works, coordinate site access, and follow up during installations to ensure smooth execution;

- Acting as a central point of coordination between Project Managers, suppliers, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure clear communication and timely updates;

- Maintaining trackers for orders, deliveries, and installations, identifying potential risks or delays early, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives

Experience & Qualifications:

- Between three (3) and five (5) years’ experience in a similar role within a fit-out, contract, joinery, or construction environment;

- Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with excellent attention to detail;

- A good working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel;

- Confidence in liaising with suppliers and collaborating with internal teams.
