Our client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join their company. The Personal Assistant will be reporting into the partners and the directors..

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage email inboxes and coordinated calendar appointments to optimise daily schedules for partners;

- Handled internal and external correspondence on behalf of the partners with a high level of professionalism;

- Organised and booked travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips;

- Maintained structured and up-to-date filing systems to ensure efficient document management;

- Provided comprehensive administrative support to partners, ensuring smooth daily operations

Experience & Requirements:

- Holds an A-Level standard of education or equivalent;

- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;

- Communicates effectively in both written and spoken English; proficiency in Maltese is considered an asset;

- Reliable, trustworthy, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Sage accounting software;

- Possesses excellent organisational abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills;

- Results-driven with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

- Brings a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar administrative or support role
