One of our clients, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the partners and management in their day-to-day activities.
The main responsibilities of this position are:
- Scheduling appointments
- Making travel arrangements
- Handling telephone calls and e-mails
- Organising files
- Assisting with invoicing
- Greeting and guiding clients
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, has strong communication skills in Maltese and English, and is proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. He/she is highly organised, detail oriented, and has a strong sense of accomplishment.
