Our client is looking to recruit a People & Culture Manager to join their HR Department. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping, leading, and implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives that support and enhance the employee experience across the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with senior management and department leaders to ensure HR strategies effectively support overall business objectives;
- Design and oversee comprehensive talent strategies tailored to the needs of the organisation and its business units;
- Lead the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, retention, performance management, employee development, and succession planning;
- Gather and analyse HR metrics to provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and strategic action plans that support informed decision-making;
- Guide leaders, managers, and teams through organisational changes, ensuring clear communication, minimising resistance, and promoting a smooth and people-centric transition process;

- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding initiatives that promote a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture;

- Drive and implement learning and development programmes that create continuous growth opportunities for employees at all levels within the organisation.

- Act as a point of support for employees, handling queries and concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, fairness, and alignment with company values.

Qualifications, Skills & Expertise:

- Hold a tertiary or post-graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline;

- Possess a minimum of four years’ experience in HR, including proven leadership or managerial responsibility in developing and executing HR strategies;
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of local employment legislation;

- Able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and contribute to an inclusive, supportive work environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to new challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese.
