Are you looking to join a growing team of motivated individuals within the igaming industry? Reporting to the Optimisation Manager, the Payment Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for:
- Managing internal and external systems.
- Onboarding new PSPs into the platform.
- Proactively improve the systems and tools for heightened platform performance.
- Regularly monitoring PSP performance.
- Liaising with different technical departments and clients on open service tickets.
- Compiling and sending reports when required.
Skills & Experience
- Have previous experience with Payment Products or Optimisation.
- Previous work experience in iGaming, Sports betting or a similar field will be considered an asset.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language.
- Possess knowledge of core payment processing & risk tools (such as paymentiq, threatmetrix, Fraudscore).
- Knowledge of SQL & CSS will be considered an asset.
