Are you an experienced finance candidate looking for part-time employment in Finance? Our client, a well-established organisation based in Malta is looking for someone like you to join their team!
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role as a Finance Assistant will include general accounting duties along with the following tasks:
- Keeping the general ledger up to date;
- Assist in bank payments;
- Reconciliation of accounts;
- Manage and perform debtor chasing;
- Assist the Financial Controller in reporting requirements;
The ideal candidate for this role should be a meticulous individual with strong communication skills and must have a minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar role together with an A'level standard of education. Knowledge of Sage Pastel Evolution will be considered an asset.
This position is on part-time basis - approximately 20 to 25hours per week and candidates must be available to work during office hours (mornings/ afternoons).
