A seasoned company with years of experience are on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Personal Assistant. This role offers a unique chance to directly assist the Business Development Manager across multiple tiers.
Main duties:
- Efficiently organize and oversee the workload, commitments, and workspace of the Business Development Manager.
- Proficiently administer the showroom roster, including adeptly managing absences and ensuring operational continuity.
- Coordinate and facilitate supplier visits, and adroitly manage the logistics of overseas training for the sales teams.
- Skillfully update and manage the manager's schedule, encompassing intricate travel arrangements and the seamless coordination of events.
- Assist in the meticulous formulation of meeting agendas and actively participate in client meetings, adeptly documenting minutes and diligently tracking action items.
- Diligently monitor the Sales team's training needs and orchestrate tailored training sessions with precision.
We are actively seeking a dynamic candidate possessing an outgoing demeanor, coupled with a robust command of the English language and a proven aptitude for autonomous work. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is indispensable for proficiently executing a range of administrative duties. The candidate can anticipate a competitive annual salary of €22,000.
