Our client in the CSP industry is looking to recruit an Operations Manager. Job outlines and duties as per below.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimise operations across corporate services, finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative functions;

- Develop and implement internal policies, operational manuals, and systems aimed at increasing efficiency and improving service standards;

- Supervise client onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and quality benchmarks;

- Maintain and enhance portfolio monitoring practices in alignment with internal policies and applicable regulatory obligations;

- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting, seamless financial operations, and secure organisational data management;

- Coordinate with corporate and accounting teams to ensure timely fulfilment of statutory and internal client obligations;

- Liaise with AML, Risk, and Compliance functions to uphold robust internal controls and regulatory compliance;

- Oversee operational systems and infrastructure in partnership with IT providers to ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory standards;

- Lead the rollout of new tools, systems, and operational enhancements that drive performance and scalability;

- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity measures, and business continuity plans are consistently maintained and regularly updated;

- Support both internal and statutory audits by facilitating timely access to documentation and relevant responses;

- Foster a workplace culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in a comparable operations management role within a financial services or regulated environment;

- Solid understanding of corporate governance, regulatory frameworks, and operational requirements within the financial sector;

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project execution capabilities;

- A degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field is considered advantageous.
