Our client is looking to recruit an Operations Executive within their Operations department. The selected candidate will be mainly required to lead and develop the day-to-day operations. This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless operations, elevating customer experiences, and driving team performance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily activities to ensure the seamless operation of company;
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate event setups, collaborating with clients and suppliers to deliver outstanding experiences;
- Financial & Resource Control: Monitor cash handling, stock levels, and labor hours, supported by dedicated team leaders;
- Team Development & Leadership: Coach, mentor, and manage team performance to foster a culture of excellence;
- Customer Experience Optimisation: Enhance service quality to create memorable guest experiences.
Experience & Expertise:
- Effective Leadership & Organisation: Strong ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently;
- Operational Expertise: Proven background in operations management, ideally within hospitality or event settings;
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to address challenges and collaborate effectively;
- Resource & Budget Management: Skilled in optimising resources and maintaining financial oversight;
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences;
- Flexible & Adaptable: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends, as required.
