Our client, a leading International Manufacturing Firm in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit an Operations Department Manager on a full-time-basis.
The role covers the full spectrum of the operations and would be involved in leading and managing a number of aspects including:
- Provides Leadership to over 100 direct reports working across shifts;
- Ensures that Customer orders are delivered on time and profitably;
- Collaborates with various counterparts on supply chain, quality, Heal & Safety, Environmental and Management aspects;
The ideal candidate would have the drive to work in a very dynamic environment, in a positive manner. He/she should possess excellent communication skills and would have a leadership style that is engaging with different people at all levels.
