Our client is a well-established local organisation operating within the automotive industry, which is currently looking for a customer-oriented Online Sales Assistant to join their growing team.
The role of the Online Sales Assistant, will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Promote and sell parts online by uploading photos and keeping sites up to date;
- Answer and follow up with client queries;
- Maintain correct documentation in accordance with company procedures;
The ideal candidate for this role should be fluent in the English language and has excellent communication skills. Experience within a similar role and knowledge of mechanical parts as well as familiarity with online market places such as Maltapark and E-Bay will be considered an asset.
