Our client is looking to recruit and Office Administrator to join their Admin team.
Job Outline:
The selected candidate to provide administrative and organisational support to the General Manager, ensuring efficient office operations, accurate reporting, and effective communication across departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager and team with day-to-day administrative tasks;
- Manage correspondence, calls, and email enquiries;
- Handle data entry, reporting, and document filing;
- Prepare purchase requisitions and monitor pending documentation;
- Process bulk orders, invoicing, and attendance records;
- Provide cover for the Cash Desk Officer as required;
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational matters
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level standard of education;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an asset;
- Fluent in Maltese and English;
- Previous administrative experience preferred
