Our client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their Administration team.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate has to be a hands on, organised and proactive to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across the organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders while providing vital administrative support to management, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front office, reception area, and correspondence (calls, emails, and mail);
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical);
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events;
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and assisting with documentation;
- Maintain accurate attendance records and update emergency contacts;
- Order and manage office supplies and ensure compliance with health and safety standards;
- Assist leadership with operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools;
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Working hours are as of 07:30am until 15:00pm or as from 08:00am until 16:00pm. July and August working hours are as from 08:00 until 14:30pm. However there might be times that the candidate is requested to stretch abit further.
