Our esteemed client is looking to employ an Office Administrator within their team. This role enquires the candidate to handle admin tasks, run errands and provide support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting appointments for Senior Management, including sending reminders as necessary;
  • Support Senior Management with communications, drafting corporate documents, and taking minutes during meetings when needed;
  • Prepare meeting rooms and facilities for scheduled events, including arranging refreshments as required;
  • Organise and coordinate office events and activities, ensuring adherence to company policies;
  • Perform errands outside the office, such as purchasing supplies, collecting equipment, and managing postal tasks;
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and orderly;
  • Monitor and manage inventory for office stationery and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors;
  • Coordinate daily lunch orders for Company staff;
  • Perform various administrative and runner duties as needed;
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by Senior Management

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Demonstrated experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar position;
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; holding categories A1/111 and B;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management software;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills, both in person, in writing, and over the phone;
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently;
  • Skilled in managing pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities
