Marketing Manager - Malta

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee daily marketing operations, managing a small on-site team while collaborating closely with the central marketing function. This role involves planning and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth across multiple channels. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative input, and operational efficiency to deliver impactful marketing initiatives across hospitality and F&B brands.

Responsibilities: 

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality and F&B brands.

2. Develop business cases for marketing programs aligned with approved plans.

3. Build and implement marketing campaigns across channels and segments, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and brand awareness.

4. Create and manage content calendars, produce engaging content, and execute social media strategies.

5. Coordinate organic/paid campaigns and events to expand reach and follower growth.

6. Collaborate with operations, sales, ecommerce, and administration teams to ensure smooth execution.

7. Oversee and approve marketing collateral across online and on-site platforms.

8. Organize social media calendars, lead generation campaigns, and performance analysis.

9. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness.

10. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, social media algorithms, and design best practices.

Requirements: 

1. BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.

2. 5+ years of marketing management experience; hospitality experience preferred.

3. Based in Malta with local experience is a must.

4. Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and multi-brand project oversight.

5. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.

6. High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

8. Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines effectively.

9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with an agile, solutions-focused approach.
