Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Management
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and business development plan;
- Identify growth opportunities and coordinate marketing strategies for key practice areas;
- Track ROI and performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership
Branding & Communications
- Maintain and enhance the organisation’s visual and messaging identity across all channels;
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, profiles, and internal templates;
- Draft and distribute newsletters, articles, press releases, and internal communications.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee the website, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimisation, and a strong user experience;
- Manage social media channels, developing engaging campaigns to build audience reach;
- Coordinate digital advertising and content strategies where appropriate.
Client & Business Development
- Support teams with client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses;
- Maintain and leverage CRM data to assist with client targeting and email campaigns;
- Manage awards, rankings, and speaking opportunity submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500).
International Networks
- Manage the organisation’s participation in international networks to maximise visibility and collaboration.
Events & Networking
- Plan and coordinate seminars, webinars, and client events;
- Support team participation in conferences, sponsorships, and industry events;
- Develop post-event follow-up and business development tracking processes.
Administrative & Reporting
-Prepare regular updates for senior management on marketing priorities, performance, and outcomes;
-Manage relationships with external vendors, including designers, developers, and PR agencies;
-Maintain a structured workflow and calendar for all marketing initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
- Several years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment;
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (or similar CMS), and social media tools;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, InterAction) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp);
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines;
- High attention to detail, discretion, and a professional demeanour.
