You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns and events;
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance;
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures;
- Create online and offline marketing content;
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results;
- Manage and deliver marketing-related duties as required by management.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role;
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Maltese;
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns;
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms used in digital marketing;
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions;
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of design-related programmes would be considered a big asset
