Our client is in search of a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join their team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
Main responsibilities are the following:-
Developing Engaging Written Content: Crafting compelling and high-engagement written content tailored for our social media platforms and websites;
Social Media Management: Strategically planning content calendars and scheduling content across various social media channels, monitoring engagement levels, and managing advertising budgets;
Platform Versatility: Proficiently handling a range of social media platforms, adapting strategies to each unique environment;
Website Content Management and Updates: Taking charge of regular revisions and updates for multiple company websites, ensuring the most recent and updated content;
Project Coordination: Efficiently completing projects by working in tandem with third-party agencies, influencers, suppliers, and internal colleagues;
Strategic Contribution: Actively contributing to the development and execution of the company's marketing strategies to meet and exceed set goals;
Other related duties as Required.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in crafting engaging digital content, with a solid understanding of social media, email marketing, and Facebook/Instagram Paid ads as a valuable asset. Familiarity with WordPress is advantageous but not mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Excellent English language skills are essential, and candidates must be based in Malta. The role requires autonomy, strong organizational abilities, teamwork, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation.
