Our esteemed client is looking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator within their Sales and Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, the Marketing Coordinator will manage and align team activities to ensure the effective execution of marketing plans and calendars, in line with overall strategies and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and sponsorship of events, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and image;

- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling content, execute media strategies, and produce visually consistent graphics that reinforce brand messaging;

- Support the development and ensure the execution of digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing online visibility and engagement, while tracking and analysing performance metrics;

- Manage the design and distribution of in-store marketing materials for Miller Retail and other clients, ensuring timely updates and effective product promotion;

- Coordinate direct mail campaigns from concept through delivery, including design, production, and performance analysis;

- Partner with the CEO to develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies that strengthen the company’s image and reputation;

- Maintain and regularly update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and engagement, including news updates and press releases;

- Act as the key liaison between the marketing team and external agencies, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration; 

Key Requirements:

-  A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; professional certifications in digital marketing, public relations, or content marketing are considered an asset;

- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role;

- Demonstrated success in event planning, campaign execution, and working collaboratively with creative teams;

- Hands-on experience coordinating digital marketing initiatives, including tracking performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights;

- Knowledge of public relations strategies and experience with media outreach;

- Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

- Skilled at engaging with both external agencies and internal stakeholders;

- Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and accountable work ethic;

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

- A collaborative team player capable of working across departments;

- A creative thinker with a focus on achieving measurable results
