Our esteemed client is looking to employ a Marketing & Communications Manager within their dynamic team. The role is tasked with executing the company's branding, communication, and content creation initiatives. This role involves managing the promotion and positioning of the company brand, products, and services by developing and implementing innovative strategies to support business and sales objectives. The manager will create and execute marketing and communication plans, and oversee all aspects of content management for various media and website channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing programs and campaigns, including web, social media, email, and webinar events;
- Coordinate writing, design, and production processes with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure professional, on-brand communications, promotional materials, tender documents, and collateral;
- Manage and consult with third-party agencies;
- Catalog and manage marketing materials to ensure all up-to-date content is available for internal use;
- Oversee the company image and tender content library;
- Maintain the company website and social media platforms;
- Generate and distribute newsletters, health alerts, mailing campaigns, and subscriptions;
- Assist in understanding market trends and competitors;
- Interface with and manage external research providers;
- Oversee the company’s participation in events, trade shows, and conferences;
- Develop and maintain business development collateral;
- Contribute to client acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts;
- Increase brand awareness and market share;
- Stay up-to-date on online marketing trends;
- Establish a reporting framework to gather valuable insights and metrics, providing feedback to the business;
- Adhere to all company HSSE policies and initiatives, proactively promoting a HSSE environment;
- Undertake any duties assigned by the company, commensurate with the employee's skills, competencies, and experience
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities;
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.;
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CMS;
- Skills in design software are advantageous;
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Adaptability to changing environments;
- Strong editing and proofreading abilities;
- Effective time management and prioritization skills;
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years working in a similar role within a multicultural environment;
- Experience in creation of content and digital marketing;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication or any other related field.
