Our client is looking to recruit an Insurance & Pensions Advisory to join their Insurance & Pensions Advisory team.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Insurance and Pensions Advisory team at Manager level. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of legal and non-legal professionals and work closely with clients across a range of regulated sectors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Working within the insurance advisory function and supporting the firm’s client base;

- Providing advisory and support services to clients on insurance and pensions regulatory, supervisory, and compliance matters, including:

    a) Drafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures;

    b) Assisting with queries and communications with regulatory authorities;

    c) Supporting compliance officers during regulatory inspections, both on-site and off-site; and

    d) Delivering training to clients’ compliance and regulatory personnel.

- Engaging directly with clients, senior decision-makers, business promoters, and regulatory authorities across multiple industries and jurisdictions;

- Planning, coordinating, and delivering client-related projects and assignments;

- Actively contributing to business development initiatives by promoting services, building new client relationships, and strengthening existing client engagements;

- Keeping abreast of legislative developments, regulatory updates, and emerging industry trends to identify opportunities and enhance client service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a minimum of five (5) years’ relevant professional experience;

- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and subject-matter expertise;

- Be capable of delivering high-quality, timely, and client-focused advisory services;

- Possess the flexibility to work with clients across various regulated industries;

- Be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and disciplines within the firm.
