Our client is a well-known local group of companies, which represents renowned food and beverage brands. They are currently in search of an outstanding Maintenance Manager to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
- Execute planned maintenance on plant equipment and machinery, coordinating with service providers and equipment/spare part suppliers as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts for various process areas within the company's ERP system to ensure the constant availability of critical components.
- Ensure that all tasks are conducted in strict adherence to the company's Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Hygiene, Quality, and Food Safety Standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and employees responsible for planning and production to ensure the ongoing maintenance program aligns with production line availability.
- Regularly monitor process and production data, as well as trends in utility consumption, to identify the necessity for corrective and preventive maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess a MQF Level 6 and 3-5 years of valuable leadership experience within a technical environment, ideally demonstrating expertise in maintenance encompassing electrical and mechanical installations.
