Our esteemed client is looking to recruit a Loyalty Customer Relations Lead to join their team.
The role is to serve as the primary point of contact for high-value customers. The ideal candidate will build strong personal relationships with VIPs to enhance retention, trust, and engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyse VIP KPIs daily to drive strategic decisions;

Foster personalised relationships with VIPs through multi-channel communication (email, chat, phone, in-app);

Track VIP activity, manage sales promotions, and deliver tailored content for engagement and loyalty;

Design and implement targeted VIP campaigns, promotions, and activities to improve retention and monetisation;

Address VIP concerns by liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolutions;

Identify opportunities to enhance VIP satisfaction through behavioural analysis and industry best practices;
Experience & Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of VIP Management experience with a proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering exceptional service;

Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus;

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights;

Strong analytical, operational, and technical skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting player relationships;

In-depth understanding of the gaming ecosystem;
-
Positive attitude with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
