Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake a comprehensive orientation to attain proficiency in the organization's operational protocols.
- Execute a collaborative approach, working closely with internal and external legal practitioners, to effectively fulfill a spectrum of legal and legal administrative obligations.
- Contribute substantively to the meticulous execution of new entity incorporations, ensuring meticulous adherence to prevailing legal mandates.
- Provide integral support to intricate corporate restructuring endeavors, encompassing rigorous alignment with pertinent legal statutes and regulatory prerequisites.
- Cultivate and maintain productive interactions with external stakeholders, comprising financial institutions, liquidation authorities, audit firms, and regulatory agencies.
- Establish and nurture liaisons with regulatory bodies such as the Tax Authorities, Malta Business Registry, and Malta Financial Services Authority.
- Facilitate the meticulous preparation and submission of residency applications, catering to both European Union and Non-European Union individuals.
The ideal candidate holds a pertinent educational background and possesses more than 6 years of experience in corporate or financial services.Proficiency in standard office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
