As we continue to expand our learning and organisational development services, we're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Learning Solutions Consultant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding business challenges and helping clients find the right learning solutions.
The Role
Working closely with the Director and the wider StreetHR team, you will play a key role in growing our learning portfolio whilst ensuring an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through to successful programme delivery.
The role combines business development, client relationship management and learning operations, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing consultancy.
Your Responsibilities
As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to support organisations through learning and development initiatives.
- Conduct client meetings and learning needs discussions.
- Prepare, coordinate and follow up proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programmes and masterclasses.
- Support learning quality processes and programme administration.
- Work closely with our Marketing team to promote learning initiatives and events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to business development reporting.
- Represent StreetHR professionally at networking events and client meetings.

Requirements
- MQF Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Learning & Development or another relevant discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business tools.
- A valid driving licence.
Previous experience in business development, account management, customer success, consultancy or learning & development will be considered an asset, but we are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong potential, a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
