Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and ensuring customer requirements and operations are met
- Challenging client assumptions to ensure effective business outcome and support creative solutions
- Managing and organising projects by completing and delegating day to day administrative tasks when required
- Maintaining regular client contact, ensuring that they are updated and briefed on all relevant projects
- Managing the execution of the account projects
The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills needed to cultivate relationships with future clients. Moreover, he/she is result oriented and has the ability to work independently and under pressure.
The ideal candidate is in possession of an ECDL certification or equivalent, and ideally has a background in shipping or logistics. This role is open to candidates that are currently residing in Malta with experience in the local market.
