Our client is looking to recruit a Junior KYC Analyst to join their team.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior KYC Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the organisation in meeting regulatory obligations, internal policies, and industry best practices while contributing to a strong compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and verify client documentation for due diligence and onboarding purposes;

- Identify and escalate any suspicious or unusual activity;

- Conduct periodic reviews of client files to ensure accuracy and completeness;

- Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems for compliance documentation;

- Assist in the review, development, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures;

- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks, ensuring client records are accurate and complete;

- Support the preparation of regulatory reports and submissions;

- Assist in coordinating and delivering compliance training initiatives;

- Stay informed on relevant regulations, including AML/CFT requirements, GDPR, and other applicable industry standards;

- Work collaboratively with other departments to foster a strong culture of compliance.

Requirements:

- Compliance-related qualifications will be considered an asset;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

- Strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Personal Attributes:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain client portfolios in good standing with relevant authorities;

- Ability to identify, handle, and report sensitive matters with discretion;

- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines;

- Highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented;

- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities;

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;

- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
