Our esteemed client is looking to recruit a Junior Corporate Administrator. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing both online and manual filing systems related to the Malta Business Registry;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date client record maintenance;
  • Keeping company statutory records consistently updated and properly maintained;
  • Recording funds received and disbursed;
  • Preparing corporate documents for review, execution, and filing;
  • Assisting with ad hoc reviews of client files;
  • Providing support to colleagues on corporate and compliance matter

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of an Advanced level of education;
  • Ideally have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Be proficient in computer skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications;
  • Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in Maltese being an advantage;
  • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Be well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Show strong teamwork skills;
  • Preferably have familiarity with document filing procedures used by the Malta Business Registry and an understanding of the company secretary role

Whilst prior experience in a similar position is required, on-the-job training will be provided to persons with the right skills and aptitude
