We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Professional to join our client. In this role, you will work closely with the IT Systems Managers to analyse, implement, and maintain IT systems, ensuring their reliability, performance, and high availability. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design technology solutions that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day user support and assist in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather requirements, resolve issues, and implement approved changes.
- Create test data, conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain up-to-date documentation and operational guides.
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of in-house applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in:
Querying databases using SQL or similar languages.
Coding in any programming language, with a willingness to learn a proprietary ERP language.
- Working with data warehousing, including data modelling, ETL, and data development.
- MQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organisation.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive approach to work.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience or certification in Salesforce administration will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge or experience with Oracle BI is an advantage.
