Our client is seeking an adept IT Systems and Infrastructure Manager responsible for seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement robust measures for IT system security.
- Streamline processes and optimize system performance.
- Supervise design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Manage IT support services and incident resolution.
- Negotiate contracts and manage external relationships.
- Develop and maintain recovery plans.
- Manage IT budget for cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure IT operations align with standards.
The ideal candidate will Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with relevant certifications in ITIL, PMP, and industry-standard certifications. Minimum 2 years' proven experience, including system installation, configuration, and analysis.
