Our esteemed client is looking to recruit an Immigration Assistant within their firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties for the immigration department, including receiving and screening phone calls and emails, communicating with clients and inputting data in the relative databases;
- Collect documentation from clients in order to complete applications in relation to citizenship and residence programmes, work permits and family reunification;
- Create checklists and timetables in respect of pending and successful applications and track same;
- Liaison with competent authorities and other service providers.

Requirements:
- Posses an A level standard education;
- Be meticulous in their work;
- Be able to communicate in written and spoken English;
- Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible;
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
- Possess strong organisational and excellent communication skills;
- Be goal oriented and able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in an Immigration Department will be considered an asset
