Our esteemed client is looking to recruit an Immigration Assistant within their firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties for the immigration department, including receiving and screening phone calls and emails, communicating with clients and inputting data in the relative databases;
  • Collect documentation from clients in order to complete applications in relation to citizenship and residence programmes, work permits and family reunification;
  • Create checklists and timetables in respect of pending and successful applications and track same;
  • Liaison with competent authorities and other service providers.

Requirements:

  • Posses an A level standard education;
  • Be meticulous in their work;
  • Be able to communicate in written and spoken English;
  • Be reliable, trustworthy and responsible;
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications;
  • Possess strong organisational and excellent communication skills;
  • Be goal oriented and able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience in an Immigration Department will be considered an asset
