We are seeking a talented HR Manager to drive success! Lead with vision, inspire teams, and shape effective HR strategies. Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join their HR team and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensure the upkeep of all HR procedures, ensuring timely updates of employee records.
  • Manage payroll operations for the organisation.
  • Supervise departmental scheduling to align with budgetary guidelines.
  • Build positive relationships with departmental managers and staff.
  • Actively engage in initiatives to enhance employee productivity.
  • Evaluate employee development needs, organising appropriate training solutions.
  • Conduct annual assessments related to employee training and development.
  • Provide training and support to managers, supervisors, and staff involved in employee development.
  • Promote the organisation's desired culture and values.
  • Undertake duty management duties as per schedule.
  • Fulfil any additional tasks assigned by management.

The ideal candidate should be an HR professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry. Certification in HR and Employment Law is essential. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and quick adaptation skills. Your expertise should include excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. As a people-oriented individual, you understand the dynamics of employee relationships and operational requirements within a hotel setting. Organisation and discretion, along with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel software and BI tools would be consider an asset. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
