Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Exit Interviews to gather insights and improve retention strategies.
  • Leading Onboarding Follow-Up Meetings to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Conducting Sick Leave Interviews to support employee well-being.
  • Managing Discipline & Grievances with empathy and fairness.
  • Providing robust Industrial Relations Support.
  • Conducting Employee Surveys & Focus Groups to gather feedback and drive engagement.
  • Preparing and updating Company Policies to remain compliant and relevant.
  • Overseeing Performance Appraisals and developing Performance Improvement Plans.
  • Managing Probation Reviews and delivering comprehensive 360° Feedback.
  • Developing and maintaining Company & Departmental Org Charts.
  • Creating and updating detailed Job Descriptions.
  • Implementing and managing an innovative Suggestion Scheme.
  • Championing Recognition programmes to celebrate employee achievements.
  • Providing support during Collective Agreement Negotiations.
  • Enhancing the company’s Employee Value Proposition, including initiatives focused on well-being.
  • Strengthening Employer Branding efforts to attract and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary degree in HR or related field. Capable in building relationships and can easily handle new challenges. Great leader and exceptionally good at thinking critically and solving problems. High level of English, both written and spoken.
