Our client is looking to recruit an HRBP to join the Human Resources & Administration department. We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support our retail and manufacturing teams. This role is integral to building a strong, engaged workforce while ensuring smooth HR operations and employee relations management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the retail division, including talent sourcing, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding activities;
- Design and implement effective strategies to boost employee engagement and minimise staff turnover;
- Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling;
- Collaborate with retail and manufacturing managers to address performance-related concerns and implement performance improvement plans;
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and analyse exit interview data to identify trends and recommend retention strategies;
- Support the design and delivery of training and career development programs for operational staff;
- Coordinate with the HR Officer to ensure all recruitment-related documentation and logistics are handled efficiently;
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management in alignment with company priorities.
Competencies, knowledge & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in human resources, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and employee engagement;
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational and project coordination skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building positive working relationships at all levels.
