Our valued client is currently seeking a motivated, loyal, and dependable candidate to assume the position of HR Specialist within their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support and aid to the HR department in gathering and evaluating job applications submitted by prospective candidates.
- Recruit top-tier talent to meet organizational needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, conducting orientations.
- Identify the company's recruitment requirements and oversee the seamless execution of the hiring process.
- Provide indispensable support to the Head of Department at all times.
- Handle union requests proactively, preventing escalation.
- Responsively address employee inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
- Verify and oversee the accuracy of data within the payroll system.
- Ensure employees receive accurate and timely compensation.
- Handle day-to-day queries efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess either a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant discipline. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Maltese languages is essential. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. This candidate is not just an expert in HR practices but also a dynamic individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset.
