Our client, a renowned brand known for providing top-notch services, is presently seeking to recruit an HR Manager to join their team of seasoned professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies in alignment with the company's objectives and values;
  • Supervise the entirety of HR operations, encompassing talent attraction, recruitment, orientation, talent growth, performance assessment, and departure procedures;
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to pinpoint present and future talent requirements, ensuring effective workforce projection and talent procurement endeavours;
  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, devise and implement inventive strategies for attracting and retaining high quality candidates;
  • Create and implement efficacious employee development and training schemes to cultivate talent and encourage ongoing learning;
  • Actively address talent scarcities, crafting plans to enhance employee engagement and diminish turnover;
  • Provide counsel and assistance to managers during the performance evaluation process and when tackling staff-related matters;
  • Guarantee conformity with employment regulations, as well as health and safety protocols;
  • Propel initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, nurturing a diverse and comprehensive organizational culture;

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary degree in HR or related field. Capable in building relationships and can easily handle new challenges. Great leader and exceptionally good at thinking critically and solving problems. High level of English, both written and spoken.
