Our client, a company within the manufacturing and distribution industry, is currently looking for a driven and experienced HR Manager to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Offer strategic guidance for fostering talent, managing the employee lifecycle, and enhancing retention endeavours.;
- Supervise the daily operations of the HR department;
- Facilitate communication between management, employees, and the HR Team;
- Champion the company culture and ensure adherence to company values;
- Function as the primary point of contact for union representatives and lead negotiations for collective agreements;
The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field, with experience in leading an HR team at a senior management level. Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and excels in critical thinking and negotiation. Possesses advanced English skills in both written and spoken communication.
