Our client is a well-known dynamic organisation, that truly believes that each individual within the company compliments the company’s overall success. They are now in search of an HR & Talent Manager to create a hiring strategy.
Main responsibilities include:
- Designing the company’s hiring strategy and leading the talent acquisition team to implement the strategy
- Suggestions to improve company brand
- Promoting of company’s reputation
- Ensure induction process is given to new recruits
- Serving as a point of contact during hiring process
- Be the link between management and employee relations
- Working with department managers to fully understand hiring needs
- Develop HR policies
- Oversee work permit processes
The ideal candidate is in possession of a degree in HR / Psychology and has in depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices. Moreover, he/she has at least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role. The candidate should have a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy, as well as strong communication skills in both English and Maltese.
