Our client is a well-known dynamic organisation operating within the transportation and logistics industry, who truly believes that each individual within the company compliments the company’s overall success. They are now in search of a HR Manager – Recruitment & Administration to create a hiring strategy. 
Main responsibilities include:  

  • Designing the company’s hiring strategy and leading the recruitment team to implement the strategy
  • Suggestions to improve company brand
  • Promoting of company’s reputation
  • Ensure induction process is given to new recruits
  • Serving as a point of contact during hiring process
  • Be the link between management and employee relations
  • Working with department managers to fully understand hiring needs
  • Develop HR policies
  •  Oversee work permit processes

The ideal candidate is in possession of a degree in HR / Psychology and has in depth knowledge of employment law and HR practices. Moreover, he/she has at least 3 years of experience in a senior HR role.  The candidate should have a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy, as well as strong communication skills in both English and Maltese.
