Our client, a recognized entity as one of the world’s leading accountable care organisations, is searching for the ideal person who would be assisting the HR Business Partner and act as a point of reference/adviser to the employees as well as the management team on the whole range of HR activities, and being responsible for staff development and well-being whilst ensuring GDPR requirements and compliance.
The right candidate will also be assisting the HR Business Partner on Employee Relations issues, such as the formulation and implementation of policies, disciplinary / grievance cases as well as industrial relations.
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
