Our client is seeking an HR Executive to support their growth by guiding the recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, coordinating placements, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers on specifications.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments of candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring fair and unbiased selection.
- Administer assessments and evaluate results for candidate suitability.
- Ensure smooth candidate placement and onboarding, providing a positive experience.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Coordinate onboarding, including orientation and team integration.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Provide updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Act as a candidate contact point, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline recruitment processes.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives supporting organisational goals.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced environment, along with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques. Exceptional organisational skills are crucial, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is desirable, as well as strong analytical skills to utilise data for informed decision-making. A good command of both English and Maltese is essential. While an MQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, it is not a requirement.
