On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit an HR Executive. The HR Executive - Employee Relations (Operations) supports operational teams by ensuring consistent application of HR policies, addressing employee relations matters, and driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, compliance, and overall organisational effectiveness.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Act as the main HR contact for operational teams, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices;

- Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and employee relations cases;

- Anticipate potential HR issues and collaborate on proactive solutions;

- Ensure adherence to employment legislation and collective agreements;

- Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including interviews.

Leadership & Team Support

- Supervise and mentor HR Officers, ensuring consistency in HR standards and service delivery;

- Provide guidance to HR Officers when handling employee queries and on-site HR matters.

Strategic HR Initiatives

- Support engagement, wellbeing, employer certification, and continuous improvement projects;

- Contribute to change management efforts aligned with organisational growth.

Performance & Workforce Management

- Ensure organisational charts and job descriptions are current and accurately maintained;

- Coordinate the performance appraisal process and follow up on identified training needs.

Compliance & Reporting

- Monitor policy compliance and legal obligations across operational sites;

- Prepare employee relations and compliance reports for management;

- Maintain accurate HRIS records;

- Perform any duties required in line with business needs.

Education & Experience:

- Tertiary-level education in Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Experience in HR operations with a focus on employee relations;

- Supervisory experience is considered an asset;

- Exposure to engagement or change management initiatives is preferred.
