Here's your chance: Our client is looking for an HR Executive to become part of their team! If you're a proactive HR professional with exceptional communication skills, then this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employee welfare and development, including addressing disciplinary matters.
  • Managing time and attendance systems to accurately track employee hours worked, including overtime and leave.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements regarding timekeeping and attendance.
  • Resolving discrepancies in time and attendance records and addressing employee queries.
  • Processing and approving time-off requests, including vacations, sick leave, and other types of leave.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and contribute to departmental goals by suggesting procedural improvements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and policies, prepare reports, and assist with payroll.
  • Foster a positive work environment, coordinate recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure staff facilities are well-maintained and informed about company benefits.
  • Participate in training opportunities and oversee intern onboarding.

The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent English proficiency, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft tools is essential, along with strong organisational and communication skills. Fluency in both Maltese and English is required, with a preference for at least two years of experience. Experience with payroll and HR management systems would be considered an asset, as well as possessing strong organisational and leadership qualities.
