Introducing an exciting opportunity: Our client is seeking an HR Executive to ensure seamless personnel services, policy compliance, and positive employee relations. If you're a proactive professional with HR experience and strong communication skills, then you're the right person for this position!

Main Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager and in line with hotel policies, provide professional personnel services to all staff, ensuring daily activities are completed.
  • Support employee welfare and development, including handling disciplinary matters. Communicate with external parties such as benefit representatives, schools, and community members.
  • Ensure policies comply with legislation and stay informed on personnel trends. Contribute to departmental goals and suggest improvements to procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, legal documents, and policies.
  • Prepare periodic reports and assist with payroll. Maintain confidentiality and efficient communication across all levels.
  • Foster a positive work environment and assist in recruitment processes. Coordinate employee training and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure staff facilities are well-maintained and informed about company benefits. Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and comply with company policies.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities. Represent the Human Resources Manager in meetings as required.
  • Facilitate employee recognition initiatives and handle intern onboarding and follow-up.


The ideal candidate should have strong English skills, be flexible with working hours, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email is necessary, as well as good organizational and communication abilities. Fluency in both Maltese and English is required, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Knowledge of payroll and HR management systems is advantageous. Strong organizational and leadership skills are also valued.
