Reporting to the HR Manager, responsibilities include:
- Preparing skill-based training plans for employees, as well as the creation of a talent pipeline;
- Observing all training being offered, formulating reports and delivering any feedback to the management
- Helping in the implementation of a performance management system, familiarising managers with its tools
- Helping in mapping out of budgets and taking care of funding applications
The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of experience in either the manufacturing or FMCG sector in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree in HR / psychology or any related field. Additionally, the candidate must have problem solving skills and experience in dealing with multifaceted employee relation matters.
