Our growing company is looking to recruit an HR Assistant to join their HR department.

On behalf of our client we are seeking a dedicated and organised HR Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of HR administrative activities and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support across all areas of the Human Resources function;

- Creating and maintaining employee profiles for new joiners;

- Establishing, updating, and maintaining accurate employee personnel files and records;

- Managing and updating internal databases and HR systems;

- Filing, organising, and maintaining HR documentation in line with internal procedures;

- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, performance appraisals, and HR-related meetings;

- Assisting in the organisation and coordination of internal events;

- Ordering and managing promotional materials for company events;

- Administering tasks related to employee corporate cards;

- Supporting the HR team with ad hoc tasks and ongoing departmental requirements.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have prior experience in a similar HR or administrative role;

- Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills;

- Possess good organisational and time management abilities;

- Be fluent in both English and Maltese, with excellent written and spoken communication skills;

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
