The selected candidate would be responsible for the following duties:
- Organize and upkeep personnel records and conduct general filing tasks.
- Prepare onboarding packs for new employees.
- Manage HR induction training presentations.
- Update and maintain parking records.
- Handle company transport reports.
- Generate purchase orders for staff uniform collection.
- Prepare personal protective equipment for new hires.
- Keep the uniform system up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the HR Executive & Office Coordinator to prepare paperwork for employee applications.
- Assist staff with required documents, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Support the renewal processes for all employees.
The ideal candidate for the HR Assistant position is a highly professional and adaptable individual with a proactive 'can-do' attitude. Proficiency in both oral and written English is essential, along with demonstrated competence in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. The successful candidate will showcase exceptional organizational skills, excelling in multitasking and project prioritization. Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person, are crucial for this role. Furthermore, our client is looking for someone with a proven track record in HR administration or a related role, showcasing hands-on experience in handling various HR responsibilities.
