Our client is currently looking to expand their team of dedicated professionals within their Human Resources function by hiring a HR and Talent Acquisition Partner (Internal).

  • Directly contributing towards the HR and Recruitment Function of the Company and other assigned key projects.
  • Supporting the brand’s growth through ongoing business development and proactive activities.
  • Acting as a support, coach and mentor new joiners. 
  • Taking leadership on assigned projects or specialised areas.
  • Handling back-end duties, filtering CVs, acknowledgements and follow-up.
  • Interviewing, shortlisting, profiling, and matching candidates.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies.
  • Keep track of progress of all vacancies.
  • Onboarding of new staff.
  • Post and proofread job descriptions.
  • Support the HR team with HR Projects.

The candidate should have an MQF Level 6 qualification or higher in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field. They should ideally possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record. Essential attributes include good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and tactful approach. They should be highly organised and proficient in standard computer applications. A solid understanding of Maltese employment law is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good listening skills, are vital. Leadership qualities are beneficial, as is the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks. The candidate should be able to work independently and show a willingness to learn and develop further.
