Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team, including managing agendas, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders;
  • Assist with correspondence, corporate documentation, and minute-taking as needed;
  • Prepare meeting and event spaces, ensuring facilities are set up and refreshments are arranged when required;
  • Handle office errands such as collecting supplies, managing equipment, and handling postal deliveries;
  • Oversee office maintenance to ensure a well-organised and functional workspace;
  • Monitor and manage office stationery and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring efficient procurement;
  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and following up post-interviews;
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding, including induction and orientation;
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, such as processing work permits;
  • Organise and support company social events, taking a lead role in assigned activities;
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum A-Level standard of education with at least one year of experience in a similar role;
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • A proactive, people-oriented individual with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools;
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills across various channels, including in-person, written, and phone interactions;
  • Capable of handling pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities.
