Our client is a well-established law firm in Malta who boast a vast portfolio of private clients, is looking for an HR Administrator.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organising and maintaining personnel records
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Setting up interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
  • Registering Engagements and Termination according to corporate and statutory requirements
  • Preparing end-of-month related documents
  • Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Assisting employees in HR related queries
  • Duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, and is organized. He/She is familiar with Microsoft Office applications and is capable to work on own initiative. Minimum 'O’ level standard of education.
